Select an available date and arrival time online and complete payment. For admission packages, the 12 hours begin at actual entry.

Prices and taxes

Prices shown on product pages exclude a 10% service charge and 8% SST. Checkout shows the final amount.

Payment

Online checkout uses senangPay, card and Apple Pay payment channels. A confirmation email is sent after successful payment; show the order on arrival.

Entry and use

Follow spa signs and staff instructions. Treatment times are arranged according to therapist availability. Behaviour that disturbs other guests is not permitted.

Children

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit. Children aged 2 and under register free at the front desk.

Rescheduling and refunds

These follow the Cancellation & rescheduling policy.

Responsibility

Please take care of valuables. To a reasonable extent, the spa is not responsible for losses caused by a guest's own actions.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
