Can I really stay for 12 hours?
Yes. Your 12 hours start at entry, and you can use the facilities throughout your stay.
Is Sunday a weekday or weekend?
Sunday to Thursday use weekday pricing. Friday, Saturday and public holidays use weekend pricing.
How are public holidays priced?
They use the weekend rate. The booking calendar shows the price for the selected date.
How does buy one, get one free work?
One order covers two adults entering together on the same date and time. It cannot be split into separate visits.
What is the best option for one guest?
The single 12-hour admission includes a 30-minute foot-and-leg or local Chinese massage when booked online.
How should groups of 3 or 5 book?
Pair the adults on the buy-one-get-one package and add one single ticket, which also includes a massage.
Can children enter?
Yes. Child tickets are RM58 from Sunday to Thursday and RM88 on Friday, Saturday and public holidays for children aged 12 and under. Children aged 2 and under register at the front desk free of charge.
Can couples use the spa together?
Common areas such as dining, rest areas and the cinema are shared. Bathing areas are separated by gender. For two guests to soak together, reserve the Storm Room on WhatsApp.
Should I bring swimwear? What is provided?
Bathing is mainly without swimwear, though you may bring your own. Towels and basic clothing are provided in the men's and women's bathing areas.
Can I stay overnight? Is there a room to sleep in?
You can rest overnight during your 12 hours, but this is a hot spring spa rather than a hotel. Rest is in shared lounge recliners; there are no private bedrooms.
Is the food halal?
No. Food is non-halal and includes pork; there is no halal certification. Muslim guests are welcome to use the pools, steam rooms and massage facilities, and may bring outside food, but no alcohol.
Can I bring a cake or outside food?
Yes. Cakes can be left with staff for safekeeping and outside food is allowed. Alcohol is not allowed.
How far ahead should I book?
Available dates and times are shown on the online booking calendar.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Contact WhatsApp support at least 1 day before arrival for free, unlimited rescheduling.
How do refunds work?
Contact support to verify the order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
Is payment secure?
Online checkout uses senangPay, card and Apple Pay payment channels. A confirmation email is sent after payment.
What do I need to bring?
Show your order on your phone at the front desk and bring one change of clothes.
What is the difference between walk-in and online booking?
Massage prices may differ between online and in-store bookings. Online-only benefits include a 30-minute massage with the single ticket. Weekends and public holidays are busy, so booking ahead is recommended.
