Rescheduling

Contact WhatsApp support at least 24 hours before arrival for free, unlimited rescheduling. If the new date has a different rate, the difference is settled accordingly.

Refunds

Contact WhatsApp support at +60 11-2838 4381. After the order is verified, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

Same-day cancellation or no-show

Contact support as soon as possible. The team will review the order and advise what can be changed.

Price difference

Moving a weekday order to a weekend or public holiday requires the difference to be paid; moving the other way returns the difference.

Scope

This policy applies to online orders. In-spa purchases follow the spa's on-site rules.
