Hot meets cold
A 13°C ice pool on one side and a 43°C herbal pool on the other. Alternate between hot and cold beneath the starry ceiling for a refreshing reset.
Sauna and steam rooms
Beyond the pools, Nanhai Longgong has a salt-crystal sauna, dry sauna and wet steam room. The salt room is gentler and suits a longer stay; the dry sauna is hotter and faster. Many regulars go in after their soak and take a cool shower between rounds.
The traditional rhythm is hot spring → sauna or steam → ice pool. Repeat it two or three times to feel the difference. A sauna round before a body scrub also helps soften the skin, which is why it is the order our experienced therapists recommend.
Sauna and steam rooms are included in the 12-hour admission and open 24 hours, at no extra charge.
Salt crystal sauna
A salt-crystal sauna wrapped in warm light and gentle heat. Sit back, sweat it out and let your body loosen.
Massage rooms
A private room with three beds, so family and friends can book treatments together. Tui na, Thai and oil massage are all available.

Can I really stay for 12 hours?
Yes. Your 12 hours start when you enter. The 12-hour pass includes pools, steam room, sauna, lounge, buffet, drinks and fruit. Charged separately: alcohol, cigar bar, e-sports room, billiards, oxygen chamber, KTV rooms, cinema room, private rooms and all spa treatments. Enquire for items outside the price list.
Is Sunday a weekday or weekend?
Weekday pricing applies from Sunday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday and public holidays use weekend pricing.
