Halal note: food includes pork and alcoholic drinks and is not halal-certified. Muslim guests are welcome to use all pools, steam rooms, saunas and massage facilities, skip the dining or bring outside food. No alcohol may be brought in.
Rules and common facts
- 12 hours: counted from check-in, not by calendar day.
- Overnight: allowed in the shared recliner and cinema lounge; this is not a hotel and there are no private bedrooms.
- Reservation: no phone reservation is required for admission; show your payment confirmation or order number at the desk.
- Bring: one change of clothes.
- Parking: Viva Home Mall parking is open 24 hours: RM2.50 for the first 2 hours, then RM1.50 per hour.
- Children: age 12 and under need a child ticket; age 2 and under are free and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Separate bathing areas: men's and women's bathing areas are separate; there is no mixed bathing pool.
